Did you encounter boarding a bus with spoilt air-con?
i believe that most of you guys did
what's wrong with that?
we are paying for air-con bus fare, yet the air-con is not working?
we are paying for the service
not the product
therefore, if it is spoilt, the bus should stop
and let the passenger board the next bus which is functioning well
this should be the correct way
but in situation when the bus driver refuse to do that
due to inconvenience to the bus "driver"
they carry on with the ride
is'nt it cheating?
it sounds ridiculous to complain
but it is customer rights
you are paying for the service
not them paying you to seat the bus
yes. they are big company, but that doesnt mean they have the say.
when any passenger complains
they will question you in a treatening tone " Are you sure about that?"
psychology? yup.
give a firm reply
don't worry about it
if they don't do anything to that
you might consider writing in to the forum

i dont think so
you are just getting back what you deserve/pay.

coplaining too much will surely win you the title "complain-king"
it's a margin between complain-king and customers right
if the bus driver drive slow, you complain
he didnt greet you, you complain
he is "abit" rude towards you, you also complain
whats the point?
it wont bring you any harm if you close one eyes
some people just like to complain
then let them be
